The biggest issue that is out there today with homosexuality is that they want to get married and most states are not letting them. Why are they not allowed to get married in the United States? Well in a marriage it is a union between a man and a woman, there is nothing that say that two men or two women are able to wed. The PFOX (Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays and Gays) states that homosexuality is something that people do; people are not born with it and can change with counseling. They say that homosexuality is a chosen and dangerous lifestyle and that through reparative therapy a gay person can be turned straight into an ex-gay (Benjamin 2005). That is something that I have to say is not right because I have a gay friend and in watching him I see that he just does not change back an forth. Now there are some people that do switch back and forth and those people are the bisexual. People should be allowed to do what they want regardless of there sexual orentation.
